We want you to experience a safe, secure and completely satisfied shopping experience.


We offer Free shipping, with a minimum of $150.00 purchase for UPS Ground shipping (5 -7 Business Days) in the US.


Estimated Shipping time:

  • If you place your order before 5 PM, Monday thru Friday: Your order should ship that same business day.
  • If you place your order after 5 PM, Monday thru Friday: Your order will ship the following business day.
  • If you place your order after 5 PM, Friday thru Sunday: Your order will ship the following Monday

All times listed above are Central Standard Time. Business days are Monday–Friday, for week day National Holidays your order will ship next business day.

Based on your location and zip code, UPS Ground delivery service for the US is 1 to 5 business days from the date we ship your order. USPS Priority International shipping is 6 to 10 business days. USPS Express International shipping is 5 to 8 business days.

    Please note, we do not ship our packages via USPS Priority International shipping to Asia and Australia.

When your order ships we will email you the USPS (for Express International shipping) or UPS tracking number, so you can determine the exact date your package will arrive.
But we can not provide tracking number or delivery conformation number for USPS Priority International shipping.


To ensure prompt delivery, be sure to include:

  • Your name and correct shipping address.
  • Billing address, if different from shipping address.

Lost shipments:

If you do not receive your order within 15 business days after shipment - please contact us. We can not place claims on shipment that are more than 30 days old. If your package does not arrive within the specified delivery time, contact us ASAP to ensure the claim is placed within the 30 day time period.


Delays:

Please provide your correct billing address if you are shipping somewhere else. The billing address must match what your credit card company has on file for the street address and zip code. If it does not, the credit card transaction return to us declined and we will need to e-mail you for this information causing a delay.


Returns:

At MyGiftee.com, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer.

If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied, do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it (for your expense) or issue a credit for future use at www.mygiftee.com.
Merchandise may be returned only with the prior approval of MyGiftee.com.
MyGiftee Shipping Department is responsible for a merchandise inspection prior to the shipment.

A full refund may be issued only for damaged product.

To request a return, contact us by telephone or e-mail for return or exchange instructions.

All the returns must be shipped within 14 days in its original package (unused) with an original greeting card when purchased.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. MyGiftee.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, MyGiftee.com will provide a prepaid UPS return label. .


Damaged product shipments:

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise is damaged during shipment. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will be contacted for visual inspection of the merchandise and packaging. Shipping company will then issue credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.


Backorders:

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we offer, occasionally we may be out-of-stock on certain products. In this event, we will give you an estimated time of restock availability. You may cancel the out-of-stock products, hold shipment of your entire order until the out-of-stock product is available, or receive a partial shipment of the available products first, and the out-of-stock products when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for partial shipments due to out-of-stock products ordered.


International shipments:

  • Mygiftee is not responsible for packages held by Customs.
  • Mygiftee does not pay for International Duty taxes or Value Added tax. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
  • Mygiftee is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
